Program Development:  Co-developed original concept for IHOBF/Washburn InSTRUMents Guitar Initiative for Chicago schools. Program was used as model for national initiative, Make An Impression. Co-developed Each One Teach One, community program to teach students artistic skills. Facilitated Aboriginal Artist residency.
